Welcome to ExeConnect. Caroline McAuliffe, founder of ExeConnect, has a vision to deliver excellence in recruitment by providing a specialised and personalised service to her clients and candidates alike which will result in a win-win outcome for both parties.

ExeConnect strives to deliver the right person, every time and this philosophy is realised through extensive research and knowledge of our client's business and it's unique needs, followed through with a thorough and unique candidate evaluation process which includes the provision of career counselling, psychometric assessment and reference checking.

ExeConnect's recruitment services are tailored to our clients' unique resourcing needs which may include Permanent Recruitment, Interim Management and Contracting. We also offer a Recruitment Outsourcing Service for those clients who wish to contract out their recruitment process to us to manage, receiving the benefit of our unique service methodology.

We currently operate across most industry sectors with executive level functional roles. We have a strong track record in a diverse number of areas but in particular Education, Professional Services, Infrastructure, FMCG and Manufacturing.

In addition to our core recruitment services, ExeConnect continues it's service commitment to their clients by collaborating with our clients in-house development team to assist with engagement, development and retention of their people by providing leadership and team development programs including those based on the most recent evidence-based research in positive psychology, well-being and resilience. Our associate coaches are highly qualified and provide bespoke coaching, mentoring and workshops based on Evidence-Based Coaching theory, research and real world practice.

As a value add service, ExeConnect also provides personalised Career Planning Services to Senior Managers and Executives, particularly those in transition to Australia or Ex-Pats returning home, as well as individuals who are between roles, or those seeking to transition from permanent work to a portfolio career. This service is particularly beneficial for individuals nearing what was traditional retirement age.
