Caroline McAuliffe     - Director

Caroline McAuliffe     has over 20 years commercial experience from the UK and Australia working with executive teams specialising in Human Resources, Recruitment, Cultural Transformation and Strategic Planning. She has recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development through RMIT University, Melbourne as well as the Professional Qualifying Programme in Psychological Type through the Institute of Type Development Australia. Caroline is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.

More recently, Caroline was a partner in a boutique recruitment firm specialising in placing and deploying senior executives into short term contract and interim management roles to transform, bridge experience gaps, manage change and provide expertise.

She is currently founder and director of ExeConnect, a boutique firm specialising in assisting organisations to identify, develop and retain executive and senior management talent.

Caroline is also, the founder and director of niche employment firm, Virtual Angels, specialising in the provision of virtual, part-time and permanent business support resources provided to clients using a flexible, economical and efficient "Pay as You Grow" model.

Clive Leach - Associate Executive Coach & Facilitator

Clive has a 25 year history of using coaching and mentoring skills to facilitate positive growth and change within individuals, organisations and communities in the UK, South East Asia and Australia.

Clive is a graduate of the Master of Organisational Coaching programme at the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit which is recognised as the world leader in the development of evidence-based coaching theory, research and real world practice. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association.

Clive is experienced in executive, workplace and personal coaching. He has practiced in the UK, Thailand and Australia working with business owners, senior executives and people from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds. Clive currently works in an associate coaching capacity with market leaders in the provision of executive, leadership development and career transition coaching and coach training within the Australian Public Service and the corporate sector in Australia.

Clive also designs and facilitates highly regarded workshop based programmes introducing the use of evidence-based coaching tools and positive psychology interventions. These workshops are designed to increase workplace well-being, resilience and to build levels of employee engagement , performance and productivity.

An education professional, Clive has over 10 years of leadership experience as a senior manager heading youth, community and adult learning services in the UK. This includes oversight of organisational change; finance; staff development; curriculum development; policy development; project management; and facilitation of multi-agency partnerships between business, community and public sector agencies.

As a coach and facilitator Clive provides a unique balance of practical management experience and an understanding of the application of the very latest research in the executive coaching and personal development fields. This, combined with his enabling, engaging and professional approach, makes him a valuable asset to any executive development or coaching program.

Imogen Wareing - Associate Executive Coach and Facilitator

Imogen has developed her knowledge and expertise over a 30 year professional career. This has included high school teaching, senior Human Resource Management positions in the private sector, management consulting with Urwick International and Price Waterhouse Urwick/Coopers and 20 years of consulting, facilitation and coaching in her own consultancy.

As a result, she has in depth skills and a specialised understanding of personal and organisational change, how people learn and work best together, leadership, mentoring, career management and diversity. She has a reputation for integrity, reliability and measurable outcomes and it is known for fun, friendliness, creativity and professionalism.

Imogen is a caring career counsellor, a coach who challenges and stretches people's skills safely and a knowledgeable, warm and inspiring facilitator. She is as comfortable and effective working with CEOs, executives and professionals as with first line supervisors or frontline customer service, blue collar or clerical staff.

Imogen has a proven capability to assist people in making major shifts in attitude, behaviour and development. She is a national and international speaker and presenter as well as a media spokesperson on change, the workplace, mentoring, careers and women's and minority issues. She also publishes articles in these areas.

Imogen is a master facilitator. She has a track record of developing a common vision among groups with conflicting interests, reaching agreement to shared accountability and influencing attitudes and commitment to positive and beneficial concepts and strategies. Her inclusive style develops the trust and respect needed to deliver genuine engagement and ongoing action, frequently with groups that are initially cynical or hostile.

Imogen has worked in a wide range of Federal and State public sector organisations, local government, for charities, professional associations and in the finance, pharmaceutical, mining, gas, construction, utilities, information technology, media and legal industries.


Geoff Matthews - Associate Executive Coach and Facilitator

Geoff is a Human Resources Development Professional with over 20 years of global experience in this field.  He augments this with over 10 years of operational management experience.

The main focus of Geoff's work is in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Career Management Services.  His industry experience is in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, consulting, city government and accounting.

As an executive coach Geoff has been utilising the Human Synergistics products, particularly the LSI 360 feedback tool and GSI.  He has provided coaching to two major banks, one at senior levels, the direct reports to the General Manager group, General Manager level for a large State government entity and high potential managers for a major FMCG company.  He also does extensive work for a company in the assessment and coaching of team leader/manager level employees, covering a range of blue-chip companies and diverse industries.

Geoff has been involved with leadership development for many years, facilitating workshops and incorporating it into executive coaching sessions.  In AGC, a leading financial services company, he oversaw the product development and was a lead facilitator for a leadership development and change management initiative across this 2000 employee company, involving all managers and employees.  In his coaching of senior management at Ernst and Young in Dallas, Texas, he incorporated this topic into the coaching sessions.  He also has stayed current in this topic through extensive reading and discussions with peers.

Geoff has 13 years of extensive global experience in career development and outplacement.  His most recent consulting work was with Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career services firm in the US, where he was a senior consultant and at Right Management here in Australia. 

He holds a B S. in Business Administration (Human Resources), (attested to in a formal process for the US INS), and a Post Graduate diploma in Training and Development Management.  Geoff holds an internationally respected qualification in training presentation, design & facilitation.


Suzanne Mulvihill - Operations Manager

Suzanne has over 15 years experience working for international media and entertainment organisations in both London and Sydney in senior administrative and operational roles.

For the past 5 years, Suzanne has been a partner in a specialised recruitment firm which she has managed from home, whilst successfully balancing her commitment to her growing young family. Over this time, Suzanne has acquired advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher. She has effective interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, organisational and planning skills. Suzanne is able to develop original ideas and follow these through to achieve real results, often working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
